When creating a Subcontracted Purchase Order in ERPNext, I tick the checkbox “Is Subcontracted”. Upon selecting or entering the Finished Item, the item selection modal freezes and does not close. After this, the entire screen becomes unresponsive and cannot proceed or cancel. Any further actions remain stuck on the same screen.
Steps to Replicate the issue:
Go to Purchase Order in ERPNext.

Create a new Purchase Order.

Tick “Is Subcontracted”.

Click on Finished Item selection field.

Select or enter the Finished Item.

The selection modal freezes and does not close.

The screen becomes unresponsive and Cancel does not work.
