When I create notifications that use “Save” and “Submit”, then they are sent.
But when I create a notification that used “days_after” or “days_before”, they
don’t work.
I did check that the field on SI in is indeed “due_date”.
The screenshot doesn’t show it but “recipients” = “owner” ( just for testing).
I configured another notification with “Project” and “expected_end_date”
and the notification was sent successfully.
I shall revisit the invoice notification but I realize my mistake …
I assumed that, as long as the current day is “after” the configured criteria, it
will send the notification. In other words, that the system will keep on sending
notifications every day after the configured critreria. I understand now that it
will only send it on the “one” day that meets the criteria. Which is good.
