Hi everyone! Almost every day, out of the sudden I get the following error when I try to access the erp.
“This site can’t be reached”
I restart the system with the “bench restart” command but I still get the same thing. I even tried rebooting ngnix and mysql.
The way to fix this is by rebooting the Virtual Machine, but I can’t find the source of the error.
Does anyone exprienced this before?
I also noticed that the backups are not beeing generated automatically even though that the scheduler is on.
Try checking the logs on the cmd line which will give much more detail on why your site cant be reached.
Also pls provide your setup and vers number and people may find it easier to provide assistance then

I have it running on a Debian 8, 3.5 Gb machine.
At the moment of the error I have this information:
All the logs show the system its ok, but the CPU goes to 100%.
Are all the required processes running? Have you setup bench for production mode?

Also I assume you have setup GCE firewall to support seeing the site from the internet? Or are you setup with a site-to-site vpn from your LAN to GCE?
