Thought to greatly improve ERPNEXT

Is it possible to have the option to choose Cost Centers and Warehouse once on Sales invoice, Purchase Receipt, Purchase invoice and other documents.

What I do now is for every document I have to select a cost center and warehouse for every item when making for example a sales invoice or purchase. can these documents be made such that you can choose a warehouse and cost center once on first interface of the document

Wouldn’t workflows help in this case?
