Ticket Visibility Issue for Assigned Users in Frappe Helpdesk

Hi Team,

I am using Frappe Helpdesk ,I have created Tickets and I Assigned those tickets to a user,But The user can not view the tickets that is assigned to them ,I have checked user permission doctype but there is no documents ,may I missing any thing ,help me to sort this out

Check Whether the User is Added as the Helpdesk Agent.

I can able solve this issue by designating the user as an HD Agent.
