I suggest that if we remove Timesheets to HR module as I noted a lot of company using time sheets for all staff not for projects only and this will be suitable when using time attendance machines and link them to timesheets.

Why not use permissions and roles to achieve this?
Thanks @Pawan permissions and roles to control access and my suggestion is to put the timesheets under HR module as from my point of view I see it more suitable and even other ERP systems puts the timesheets under HR.
Instead of move timesheets from Projects to HR, maybe have it in both places? Then change role permissions so you don’t have to even show the projects module if you are not using that module, but still get timesheet off employee role. That seems like a good win-win for both sides. Thoughts?
