Time zone change from My setting but not reflect in the System settings

i have changed time zone from Asia/Kolkata To Asia/Dubai still in the system setting its show Asia/Kolkata

User-wise time zone does not affect system settings. When setting up a site (using the setup wizard), you need to set the country-wise default time zone. Once set, the system time zone cannot be changed.

Thanks mate, but isn’t there any solution for this ? Can’t change this from codes ?

Made a mistake at begining now cant take it back…
