when I create PRO, why is it Timesheet is generated and even submitted without material transfer.?

I guess to help you plan your resources. The timesheet is only in draft. If you have a better idea, please share.
I mean I can even submit the Timesheet. Once its submitted, the status of the operation in the Production Order is complete, I didnt even start the transfer/manufacture yet. Im sorry but Im new to this, . @rmehta
@jync11 that is not linked. Maybe some of the operations would involve transferring the materials too.
