Total leaves in salary slip

Hello dears

we have Employee Incentive paid with salary and depends on attending days

so if the employee total leaves not only without pay =< 1 value will be basic*0.05

if total leaves =2 value will be basic*0.03

if total leaves =3 value will be basic *0.02

if total leaves =>4 value will be 0

how to get the total number of total leaves into earning component as a statistical component that i can use it in another earning component

Not configurable for now.

In version 11, the balance leaves will be fetched into Salary Slip (most probably), however, that will be only for the printing purposes. Perhaps you can refer to total no. of day field of the salary slip. Based on it’s value, write a custom field to insert a salary component.
