May I know are there any way to track customization of doctype changes(like versioning / activity log etc…) ?

If you want to disable/stop then you can set it (below image) but can’t be customized from the user interface.

I enabled it and If I do some changes like move fields around, remove fields, add new fields etc. Where can I find the relevant logs?
