Translation page letter tabs not working

Letter filtering not working in translation. if GET parameter c is set then the list is empty as seen below:

With letter filter:

Could someone take a look on the translation page, because the pages can’t be switched: for example https://translate.erpnext.com/view?lang=en-US&c=B It shows nothing just the slider if you choose a letter.
