Try to create inpatient appointment you have not read or select permission error show please help

Please go to the Role Permissions Manager and set the Role for the DocType and give the read and select rights.

Thank you for your response but procedure have read only permission we cannot add role in procedure prescription i have try it

So give that role to the user so the user can read or write the data.
