Trying to subscribe “Cloud/Managed hosting” account

Hello,

I am under way in getting my ERPNext set up. I have chosen “Cloud/Managed hosting”.

I am getting the message below at the bottom of the page and have attempted to subscribe.

I get this page and select send Log Link:

I receive this confirmation:

I then click on the link in the email

Then I get this error page:

Had a similar issue earlier, did not bother figuring it out, create an account on frappe.cloud, add a payment method then install ERPNext on a site/bench

I already have it mostly set up on erpnext.com. I really don’t want to start over.

Hi @powergps,

If your site hosting on frappe and if you did not create a support ticket, then please create a support ticket on FC.

Maybe they will solve your problem.

@powergps This should be resolved now. You can also alternatively log in to Frappe Cloud and subscribe from there.
