Two condition in notification

Hello,

I need to enter two conditions for the notification to be sent.
1st if total hours is < 8
2nd if the project is = PROJ-0010210817

I made the following condition:

but it sends the notification only the first options are true.

I need the notification to be sent only if both conditions are true

can you help?

reversing the order of the conditions worked

I don’t think you should be using comma(8,00).
It should be 8.00 instead, or simply just 8.
