Hello. i have been trying to setup 2FA for a while now but whenever i try to login I get the message to check my registered email for a verification code but i do not get any email in my inbox.
that is what i have done so far, can help please. i am using a gmail account.
Hi, did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same problem.
Did you have outbound emails already working in the system BEFORE you implemented the 2FA ?

@Kamuzinzi_herve_bert you should configure email domains first , then the 2fa authentications
