Hi Everyone,
I hope it is a bug, if not then does anybody knows how to rectify this issue?

Sorry, forgot to attach the animated image in my question.
Actually, I noticed that functionality of Make menu is not shown properly on Expense Claim Form.

Edit: It is the issue when it is in draft.
