bench build is this a safe command to use?
Use bench --help to see what the commands do to determine whether you want to run them.

bench update solved the issue, thanx
deos your problem is solved without updation ?.css file not effecting in production after bench build command.
ERPNext: v7.0.43
Frappe Framework: v7.0.32
Manually add the fix.
bench build
bench clear-cache
bench restart
Hope it helps. You may consider to update to v9.
