Unable to access user record

I installed the 5 users Pack. I created one user apart from me. The user got created and the other person is able to access the application. But the user list is not showing two users. It displays only my details i.e just one record. When i try to create the missed out user, the system says that the user already exists. How can I have the user available in the user list.

On User List form , are you closed the filters ?
Close all the filters and view all user list.

@anuarasu yes, clear the filters,

You might have accidentally set the use as “Website User”. Website User will not be able to login to the Desktop.
