Unable to add comments, getting SyntaxError: invalid character '‘' (U+2018)

Hello,
I’m testing out a new ERPNext CRM account, and can’t seem to add comments to customers or contacts. I get the error: SyntaxError: invalid character ‘‘’ (U+2018)

Can anyone help please?
