Unable to add employess

did a fresh installation about a week ago , am trying to add employees , but i keep getting an error saying  Employee “New Emplpyee 2” already exists ,  i have not added any employees or users , just the default admin user . Please help

Installation was done ok , everything works ok , Just unable to add new employees , Error message Employee "New Emplpyee 2" already exists ,

Hi,

To fix this issue, we need the output of your browser's javascript console, since all errors are logged in it.
Please copy the output of javascript console when you try saving the employee record, paste it  at pastebin.com and send its link to [email protected]

We don't want other users to get bogged down by code related details and hence, we ask users to post on developer forum when the issue is not very apparent. (Also, we are unable to replicate the issue at our end.)

I run an update last night , fixed the problem but introduces a new problem … will post new thread
