I just installed Education module (after installing ERPNext) and LMS app on the 14 day free trial frappe cloud.
I am not seeing how to add Instructors. See screenshot below. It’s as if the Instructor entity is missing altogether.

With the help of Frappe Support, I was able to add the requisite Education roles to the default first user. The Education related roles were not enabled by default on this first user when the Education app was installed.
click your profile icon on top right → My Settings → Roles and Permissions
Check the roles such as Education Manager, Instructor, Student (possibly others, I cannot recollect).
Click Save.
You should now have access to Instructors
