Unable to add Purchase Invoice Item after search filter

Minimal steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Purchase Invoice
2. Add 2 Items to the purchase invoice
3. Search for one item by typing in the filter input field
4. When the filter lists only 1 item, click on Add Row or Add Multiple Items

I have not been able to add any more items until I Reload the page.
