I created a sales order and made delivery note from it and submitted
Now i am unable to cancel and amend the delivery note. I didnt entered packing slip info in the D.N
Is this the reason ??
Is there any way to delete it via commands or something ??
Packing slip is not a mandatory document hence it should not create the issue.
Can you please share the error message you are getting when trying to cancel the DN. Also help us with the version of ERPNext you are working on.
Hi thanks for replying. I am not getting any error message. The delivery note opens but doesnt show any active buttons… have attached a snap. Please check it. And i dont know abt the version i am using i did a install of production version 10 days back with wget cmd
