Unable to close a Production order

Hi Guys ,

The status button in the production order is not responding , I am trying to close a production order which is in process . How to get the close button working ?

Please advise ,

You can either ‘Cancel’ the production order or ‘Stop’ the order. But you cannot close the production order in ERPNext.

Thanks for the reply @shachiTakalkar , Sorry my mistake I meant to say ‘stop’ the production order and not close . The stop button is not working.

Please help
