I am trying out ERPNext and have used the VM from your site. I am trying to create a new DocType but the menu File->New does not have that option.
Thanks in advance for advice.
To create new doctypes in your VM you need to be logged in as Administrator and also you must enable the developer mode in the site_config.json file.
