Unable to create new invoice recently

Hi, something went wrong in my account. I cant create new invoice recently. Last invoice created was 9 May.

There is an error saying something about unable to find exchange rate for USD SGD, but it does not stay on top and dissapear quickly. Whenever I enter the item name it will not be able to update the amount, and stays zero.

Is there any new update of the software that require me to do some new entry in a new exchange rate list or anything ?

Manage to catch the error message through pure luck. This message does not stay on top and just get closed without me doing anything.
