Hi,
I created a new web form and tried accessing it from both the admin and end-user sides. While I can view the ticket list, I am unable to create a new ticket using the web form.
For example:
→ http://site name:8000/hd-ticket/10 → I can view the details of ticket number 10.
→ http://site name:8000/hd-ticket/ → I can see the list of tickets.
→ http://site name:8000/hd-ticket/new → I am unable to create a new ticket using the web form.
