Unable to delete the Items in erpnext version 12.0.7

I am Unable to delete the Items in erpnext version 12.0.7. Getting error as below:

Cannot delete or cancel because Item PRO5678 is linked with Item PRO5678. Please help me to fix it.

After click on “Delete” Button I am getting below error: This is for all my products.

Yes, I got the point, from manufacturer also removed. Then it will be removed. Thank you

I am also getting the same error what is the solution. There is nothing in my manufacturer as well
