Unable to find rate with VAT item wise

hi, i’ve v13.19 and i can’t find item rate with VAT in any field in sales item table.
what will be the best and quick way to get the rate?
for example rate is 8,000
VAT applied 17% which is 1,360
Grand total is 9,360

but i can’t find 9,360 figure in item table. as i am directly querying item code to get net amount with VAT, but net amount and amount both are still 8000.

Perhaps you have the item set as non-taxable?

yes the taxes are not item wise, i am applying flat VAT to the transactions directly.
