Unable to Import Leads into ERPNext – Page Becomes Unresponsive

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with importing leads into my ERPNext instance hosted on Frappe Cloud. Even when trying to import just 5 leads, the page takes a very long time to load and then becomes unresponsive. I have tried both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV formats, but the result is the same.

Here are the details:
ERPNext Hosting: Frappe Cloud
Database Usage: 910 MB out of 1 GB
Issue: Import page becomes unresponsive after attempting to load a small number of records (5 leads).
File Formats Tried: Excel (.xlsx) and CSV

I suspect that the almost-full database might be causing the slow response, but I’m not sure if that’s the root cause. I’ve checked the files, and everything seems to be in the right format. I also cleared the browser cache and tried accessing it from a different browser, but the issue persists.

Any advice on what could be causing this and how I can resolve it? Is there a way to optimize the database, or do I need to upgrade my plan? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
