Unable to send emails from ERPnext

I have setup Office365 and added users to ERP. I am unable to add the Administrator User email ID as a sender and even though we send email from ERP it never gets sent for all the other users that have authorized their account.

Cant get it to work. It works with other email providers but isnt working with office365 email.

Help would be appreciated.

I’m not following the problem. It seems you are unable to send when the email account is an Office365 account.

When trying to send via O365, does the email message reach the queue (app/email-queue)?

If you use a different email provider, the email goes through the queue without issues… this means bench scheduler is enabled.

Can you post a screenshot of the email account settings? Do you have outgoing enabled? Does it work if you try setting it as the default outgoing?
