Hello All.
We are using Zoho mail also. When i make new user it does send email. also works for password reset.
But for quotation, task assignment etc its not sending. In communication it shows “linked” as status.
Default outgoing email is configured perfecting using static ip of smtp.zoho.com.
I have added daily email reports to test if it is been sent. I will check it tomorrow and come back, but for quotation its not working which is what i checked.
Kindly help if anyone is aware of this issue or misconfiguration
