Hello,
I created a new email account (zohomail) and have appended it to “Communication” doctype. When I go to the Communication List and create a new communication, it only gets saved. It does not actually send an email. How to send new emails in this case?
I tried emailing quotations, which is working fine except it messes up the quotation format in the attached pdf file. It looks fine in erpnext but not sure why the format gets messed up.
Could someone please help me fix both the issues? Let me know if you need more details.
