Hi Team,
I’ve configured my email account and enabled both incoming and outgoing mail. However, when I reply to a ticket via email, the message updates on the ticket but is not delivered to the customer. I’m also not receiving any error notifications.

Please go to the Email Queue and check wether there is any record created for this
