Unable to set User Type as System for New User

Hello All,
I’m Using
ERPNext: v6.27.17

Frappe Framework: v6.27.18
Version.

when I create new user it set user type as Website User by Default, I can’t change it.
When I checked (“Manufacturing User”," Manufacturing Manager") in roles section and save then it unchecked.
How can I fixed it.

@mainul, it will be closed, due the frappe team know of the issue, and will fix it by today!
