Unable to submit back dated Stock Reconciliation entry

Hi,

I am trying to make a stock reconciliation entry for FY 21-22 after setting the Fiscal year to 21-22 but I am still receiving this message. Any idea how I can submit it for a back date (26/02/2022)?

If the fiscal year start date to end date is proper then does no need to add global default.
here my current year is 2022-23.

Then created a backdate entry of stock entry.

Thank you so much @NCP for your help. I had everything setup except company name not added and your first screenshot was spot on. After adding the company name I was able to submit the stock entry without any error. Thanks again.
