Unable to Submit Invoice Despite Having Permissions and Correct Data

I’m unable to submit an invoice in ERPNext, even though I have the required permissions. The system shows an “Unauthorized” error when I try to submit. Below are the details:

  1. Confirmed Permissions
    -I have “system user”
-I have all the permissions, including the account manager to create, read, delete, submit, etc.

-Verified in Role Permissions Manager that my role has:
Sales Invoice → Read, Write, Create, Submit - permissions. I can create, edit, and save drafts, but not submit.
I’m the only account since I’m setting everything up first

  1. Invoice Data Validation
-All mandatory fields (Customer, Items, Taxes, Dates) are correctly filled.
-No validation warnings appear before submission.

  2. Error Details

  • When clicking Submit, I get:

“Unauthorized”

*No additional error logs appear in the browser console.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken

:heavy_check_mark: Double-checked Role Permissions** (no restrictions found).
:heavy_check_mark:Tried different browsers** (Chrome/Firefox, cleared cache).
:heavy_check_mark: Created a new test invoice (same issue).
:heavy_check_mark: Checked User Permissions (no document restrictions applied).
:heavy_check_mark: Verified no Workflow Rules blocking submission. (since I have no workflows)

I have Version 15, currently using it in FrappeCloud.

Please guys someone help me, I can’t do more testing and I’m stuck with this since I want to see how everything is going (I already set upt accounting, company information, etc) maybe I’m missing something in the invoice, I don’t know
Hlep guys, I’m seriously stuck here and it’s killing my workflow! I’ve got all the basics set up (accounting, company info, the whole deal) but I can’t test anything properly because of this invoice validation issue.

I might be missing something obvious, but right now I’m totally blocked. Can’t demo to my team, can’t test properly, can’t move forward. If anyone’s run into this before or spots what I’m doing wrong, you’d be an absolute lifesaver!
