Unable to submit Salary Slip - Party Type and Party is required for Receivable / Payable account

I am trying to submit a Salary Slip via Payroll Entry but I get this error message. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Check the account settings for the account “Phone Allowance” - it is probably set as a receivable account, but should be an expense (or income?) account…

Set the account Payable Allowance type as empty and run the payroll again and check.
