Unable to Upgrade ERPNext v15 to v16 on Frappe Cloud – “No Private Bench Group Available

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to upgrade my ERPNext site from v15 to v16 on Frappe Cloud, but I’m running into the following issue:

When I go to Upgrade Site Version, the system shows this message:
“Your team doesn’t own any private bench groups available to upgrade this site to Version 16.”

Has anyone else run into this issue on Frappe Cloud? Any guidance on how to get a bench assigned for the upgrade would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you are on a private bench so you need to create a v16 bench group with all the apps installed in the site

Issue fixed. The error was related to my private bench doesn’t have all the apps needed before migrating.
