UnboundLocalError: local variable 'res' referenced before assignment

Hello,
Why showing this error “UnboundLocalError: local variable ‘res’ referenced before assignment”. This is shown while clicking the “Project” module.

How to solve this?

@jinsy did you make any changes to the core ? try to update your system to get the latest files.

But not changed any core file. I will check again.
