Uncheck role assign to admin?!

i uncheck role cash user lpg from admin
but when i view the journal entry from admin account i see the role assign to admin like first role

i think is not link with this code that i added it to hook file this

i check in has role table the same it does not assign

i also restart the server all and change the browser and clear the browser cache the issue is there
