Unknown Profile Image with first user creation in setup wizard

Hello,

I just successfully installed frappe bench.

Frappe Framework: v15.19.1 (version-15)

When I created first user during setup wizard, this first user came up with a default profile picture which is obliviously not mine.

As well As I am unable to remove this image.

But i remove properly, i checked in the latest version 15.
