Sometimes I accidentally set e-mails to spam. I have no idea where to un-set or revoke this option.
That should depend on your email service!
Usually adding to Contacts does the job.
So, that means, when I select “Mark as Spam” in ERP this is passed on to my e-mail server? Will the e-mail also be in the spam folder of my IMAP-folder on the e-mail server and or user mailbox?
Check Email Rule
. It will create an email rule for the spam account
