Hello,

In the said version, UOM Replace Utility has been deprecated. Please create new item, with required UoM. You can update opening stock for the new Item from Stock Entry (Material Receipt) or from Stock Reconciliation.

For reducing stock of old item, you can create Material Issue entry for it.
