Update/Patch fail for setup_fields_for_80g_certificate_and_donation & create_itc_reversal_custom_fields

Dear Community,

since a few weeks I got the problem when updating that I cannot access the site after “bench update” because two migration steps are failing.

After running “bench migrate --skip-failing” the site is online again but I want to have a clean process and fix these migration steps to be successful. I also tried “bench update --reset” without success.

Following migration steps are failing:

• Executing erpnext.patches.v12_0.create_itc_reversal_custom_fields in my.site
  Failed to execute patch

• Executing erpnext.patches.v13_0.setup_fields_for_80g_certificate_and_donation in my.site
  Failed to execute patch

Who can help, please?

After updating to latest version today the error did not appear anymore.
