I can’t update
what’s missing to get bench update working?
change frappe password? then what? please clarify
Backups set to 30 in settings, but backups never generated and download backups always emty
Backups don’t happen automatically, you have to issue the bench backup command to get it to run, then download files in ERP to save to an alternate location.
You will get more help if you put more details into your posts so we don’t have to magically divine what you have done so far.
Sorry for brief reporting, I just assuming that, involved people right here are dealing with the same environment/system.
Back to the point, I remember that, v4 and v5 releases, backups were automatically generated without heading to bench command, that why i kept waiting for ready backup files to download.
Go to Setup–>System Settings
Look in the Backups section and make sure the number is greater than 0
Already set to 30, default were 3
