I’m trying to upgrade our Frappe Cloud and Erp Next from Version 13 to Version 14 but everytime I want to start the upgrade I receive the follo> wing message:
Destination Group bench-13218 is not deployed on the site server f5.frappe.cloud.
Any idea how I can fix this?

You tried to raise ticket ?
Check the server is setup correctly in the sites menu, check the domain,
Apps → Reset site
Reset your site database to a clean state (Do backup first)
IF still not works then contact cloud support - via this link Helpdesk
