I had made some custom changes to theme files and other customizations to docs etc however when upgraded to version 14 from version 13, these custom changes are lost. Is there any way to save these changes or restore them to the version 14. Git Stash does not work.

It sounds like you made customizations to ERPNext’s codebase, which is not recommended as it can cause issues when upgrading to new versions. The recommended approach is to use the custom app feature in ERPNext, which allows you to create a separate app containing your customizations. This way, when you upgrade ERPNext, your customizations will not be lost.
