Upgrade v4 to v5 - another example problem

Trying to upgrade from v4 to v5 using “bench update --upgrade”. I think this is the latest command but getting the following error. Based on earlier comments, not sure if Python error is related to the fact that our app has custom fields.

Seems an issue with hooks.py in your custom app.

I haven’t developed any custom code. My app was developed in a separate app which was installed into ERPNext where I also added about 8 custom fields to the Customer doctype.

I am open to any suggestions. I can also install Pycharm with a debugger to see the breaking point and what is going on if you can provide some suggestions. Also we can pay for consulting support.
