Upload not working

Hello,

I have enabled upload options in Opportunity Item then i have download template and added item_code and uploaded. I got Table updated message but data not added there in child table of opportunity.

One could add Items which are not present in Item List so in such conditions what we can do?
Can we control that using server script ? or any other ways are there ?

First, you have to create an item, it’s the only option.
